Aldbridge Street Goods Station
The Build a Better Railway
Project

Locomotives
Locomotives used on Aldbridge will be LMS types that were around in the period immediately after the war and or during the 1950s and early 1960s along with British Railways locomotives of that time.
Originally it was intended that Aldbridge Street would be steam operated, there will now be diesel interlopers. These will be the the LMS engines and British Railway early prototype shunters.
It is intended that the main shunter will be a LMS 1F (numbered 41699), built from a Craftsman kit.. This was the shunt engine at Central Goods.
