The Track Plan

The track plan for Aldbridge Street shows the track emerging from a tunnel onto a long curve to the Yard. Four of the sidings will be the actual sidings. Another siding will be for  brake vans, and another will be the loco release road.  The two sidings at the top of the plan running back towards the tunnel will be for access to the Rectifiying House. The siding at the bottom will be towards the metal shed. Central Goods in Birmingham had one of each!

The track will be constructed to P4 standards (18.83 gauge)
